I m off to Hakone this Sat.(June 23) for a Brazilian acquaintance's annual home party. The party is hosted by a famous Jap-immigrant family with authentic churrasco, home-made fejioada, lots of tasty wine and real Onsen drawn in from the local hot spring. I want to fully enjoy this luxurious festa so will have no other choice but train on the way back but am thinking of going by bicycle if its not raining.
The destination is Ohiradai, about the half way on Mt. Hakone. I want to be there by noon, and need some advice on the rout and schedule or company, ideally someone who is or is interested in Brazil(ilan) and ready for party hearty!!

    Hello queen bee,

You can go to Hakone by Route 1, via Yokohama and Odawara. Odawara is actually pretty far from Tokyo (90km). Some parts of Route 1 cannot be used by cyclists, so you have to take another way to by-pass.
so have nice brazilian party there!! Iam sure that you will love it. :D
