Quick Backstory -
I bought a hand-built bike from Vassago that had an issue... A couple resolutions did not work out and the end result - they decided to just send me a Ti replacement frame and I ship the steel one back. A headache - however in the end, I am taken care of and they did not lose a customer.
I don't have a scale so we will ignore weight and just accept it is light.
The frame uses Parogon sliders, so I have the option of a traditional 135 spacing or 142x12. Also - there are different setups to accommodate DT Swiss Maxle or the Shimano Maxle. You can get it SS specific, direct mount or traditional hangers. The nice thing if you chose to go single speed is that the sliders allow you to adjust tension without the use of an eccentric bottom bracket or a chain tensioner.
When complete - the build will be as follows...
Hope Headset & Hubs.
Stans Flow EX rims (32H)
Shimano M8000 1x11 drive train
Shimano M8000 Brakes & Pedals
RockShox Pike 120mm fork
Maxxis Ardent 2.4s
Paragon Direct Drive Slider with Shimano Maxle.
Diety T-Mo Carbon Bar & Grips
Thomson 50mm stem
Thomson Elite Dropper Seatpost.
This should be a great bike... and potentially a quiver shrinker... As in it may take over my SS (I have parts to convert it) and Fargo for general use around town.
I am just waiting on a couple pieces before the bike is complete...
